Withdraw from contract
If you purchased from the TENNESSI online store as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
If your order contains multiple products delivered at different times, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last product. If a product is delivered in several lots or pieces, the period starts from the day you receive the last lot or piece.
You may also withdraw from the contract before delivery, or request cancellation of items that have not yet been fulfilled.
Electronic withdrawal function
You can exercise your right of withdrawal through the following electronic function:
After clicking the link, you can identify your order using the email address used for the purchase. The system will send a one-time six-digit verification code to your email address. No password or previously created customer account is required. This identification is used only to help you access your order and select the product or products affected by the withdrawal.
In the account/order interface, select the relevant order and product:
- if the product has not yet shipped, choose the cancellation request option;
- if you have already received the product, choose the return/withdrawal request option.
After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal or cancellation request.
Important: you do not need to give a reason to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Please include at least the following information so that we can identify your order:
- name;
- order number;
- email address used for the order;
- product or products affected by the withdrawal;
- a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract.
Returning the product
If you have already received the product, you must send it back or hand it over to us within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the product before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless we agree otherwise or the return is due to defective performance.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the price of the affected product or products within 14 days from the day we become aware of your withdrawal. If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the standard delivery cost, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree on another refund method. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the refund method.
For contracts for the sale of goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have provided clear proof that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Condition of the product
You may only handle or use the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
If possible, please return the product in its original packaging, as this helps ensure safe transport. Lack of original packaging alone does not exclude the exercise of the withdrawal right.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to every product. This may include, in particular, non-prefabricated goods made on the basis of the consumer’s instructions or express request, or goods clearly personalised for the consumer.
If a legal exception applies to a specific product, we will indicate this on the product page or during the order process.
